Hi all!
I replaced the battery on my Zero S 2014 and in the process I ran into the problem of selecting temperature sensors. Maybe someone came across and knows what resistance thermistors should be in the battery, their number and connection scheme?

The old cells have been preserved. But only out of three bricks, only two remained intact

In the datasheet of the IC we can see :
"The device is intended for use with a nominal 10 k? at 25ºC NTC external thermistor (AT103 equivalent) such as the Panasonic ERT-J1VG103FA, a 1% device. A suitable external resistor-capacitor network should be connected to position the response of the thermistor within the range of interest."
Is the block still works without temperature protection ?

Greetings! In total, I connected four 10K thermistors. But I actually used the connection scheme based on my experienced electrical measurements. I don't know how correct it turned out to be. But... The battery stops charging in hot weather, 30 degrees Celsius and above. Also, the charger does not charge the battery at a temperature of 0 degrees Celsius and below. Does this mean that the temperature protection of the battery works as it should?

I can't answer that question, since I don't have an onboard charger, but I would like to ask which cells you used. (I read that it is pouch cells on your website, but I couldn't find which ones exactly). What was the cost?

I can tell you I couldn't charge my 2017 Zero SR at just above 38°C, (100°F) but it would charge just a little below that. I don't know the exact temp. I cannot say the low temp as I do not ride electrics when very cold. Then I ride ICE bikes if any bike at all.

The cells are very similar to the regular ones installed in Zero battery packs. The cell brand is Jeve. Parameters: dimensions - 350x100x100; capacity - 50 Ah; internal resistance - 0.7 mOhm; charge current - 2C (max); discharge current - 5C (max)
The price of one cell is $40. Cells in the battery 56 pcs
