Title: DSR Rims
Post by: Maxgroup on July 18, 2022, 09:12:00 PM
Getting a new 2022 DSR this week, and hate the rim color.
I'm in Northern NJ, if someone has a 2022 DS and wants to swap wheels, or have black rims for sale, hit me up!

You can also paint your wheels or get them powder coated the exact color of your choice.

I'm familiar with powder coating, it makes it a winter project as it takes 7-10 days to get it back from powder coating and then remount the wheels and bearings. I just powder coated my Jeep Grand Wagoneer wheels satin black.
Besides this could be a win win for someone that loves the gaudy gold rims 😂

My son-in-law just powder coated the wheels of his 1986 Kawasaki GPs 550 - which hasn't run for years. (No one knows why he needs newly painted wheels when the engine won't run, especially his wife.  ::) ) He was able to have the work done at a shop in SF. He brought the wheels in on a Monday and picked them up on a Wednesday and then carried both of the wheels home on his 2006 Suzuki SV650 - which does run.  ;)
