Title: unofficial Zero Manual registration link broken

has anyone tried to register to contribute to the manual. when i click on it I get a permission error.

It was broken a couple months ago too. I tried to reach out to the owner but got no response.

Damn, that too bad. Means the site is going to suffer a slow death if we can't add new material to it.
