Here is the latest USPS scandal. You would think that having all EV trucks for local deliveries would be a perfect usage. But apparently the USPS has their heads stuck where the sun don't shine. ::)

About 150,000 Chevy Bolts have been sold in the last 5 years. So it shouldn't be a stretch to design a purpose-built electric mail truck when the volume is also 150,000 vehicles. These trucks should also be cost-effective since they only need small batteries. A range of 50 miles would handle the vast majority of service, while existing ICE vehicles could handle the rural areas for the next decade.
