Title: Little Help? 2020 SR/S will not charge or turn on

First post here, so please forgive me if this has already been answered. I have a 2020 SR/S. It will not charge or turn on at all with the key. Before I load it up and haul it across states for service, is there something dumb that I am missing? Some magic button or switch? This is my first e-Motorcycle, so I'm out of my depth for troubleshooting. Any advice would be appreciated.

Sounds like a dead 12V battery.

You guys are bonified geniuses. Didn't even realize that it had a 12v battery on it. Checked the manual for getting to it, hooked up a multimeter and....dead. Dead as a doorknob. Unfortunately, I have already made arrangements to have it picked up and taken to the dealership. At least now I know what the problem is and won't get raked over the coals by the service department. I really appreciate your input!
