tldr: Could someone point me in the right direction to find a lithium battery, 5000w motor and controller for the venom e-x20?
So i've been really wanting to get into electric motorcycles and one night after a few beers I impulse bought this chinese sucker. I love honda groms and seeing an electric grom was enough to overcome my common sense and i clicked it. Anyway it showed up in a crate at my house a few days later and it was as i figured, kind of junky. That's ok I told myself when i was buying it that half the fun would be wrenching on it and learning how to mod electric motorcycles. Then came the biggest problem: I haven't been able to find much information on modding electric motorcycles in general and the venom e-x20 specifically. I honestly feel like i'm the only person in america who has this motorcycle, geico had never heard of it. anyway I figured i'd buy a cheapy to learn on so i wouldn't be afraid to experiment. If anyone has any suggestions for videos/reading/websites where i can learn more about how to mess with these motorcycles i'd greatly appreciate it. I figure the first thing i have to do is upgrade the battery since stock its an old school lead battery. I want to switch to lithium right away.

Another option would be to check out YouTube videos published by suckers who bought cheap Chinese electric motorcycles and then went crazy trying to get them to work as advertised. There are more than one of these around. If you find someone who has had some experience that seems like it might by useful to answer your questions, you could contact them and perhaps receive some direction from either the producer or one of their followers.
