Title: 2014 SR battery drains when not in use?

For the past 72 hours, I've had my Zero plugged in, as the manual says to do. After the first few hours, it was at 95% charged, where it stayed for two days. After about 60 hours, it finally went up to 100%. But I still left it untouched for 72 hours.

Today I drove 3 miles to a store. All city driving, no highway. While I drove, the battery percentage slowly dropped to 97%, so 1 mile = 1 percent.

I did my shopping, came out 15 minutes later, and turned on the motorcycle. But now the percentage was only 86%, not 97%!

I drove the three miles back home, and the battery percentage slowly dropped from 86% to 83%, so it's still 1 mile = 1 percent.

I just bought this motorcycle 6 months ago, and for the first 3 months I owned it, the 'mileage' was about 1 mile = 1 percent. But something changed about 3 months ago, and I can't figure out why the battery percentage always drops a lot whenever it sits in a parking lot for a few minutes.

 Anybody else have this problem? Where did that 11 percent go while I was shopping? Is there a drain somewhere? Where should I start looking?

I'm going to ask that you take note of a couple different things. First, in the app, there's a field when connected to the battery that says "Cell Balance" and lists a number in mV. What is that number? Please start keeping track of it at various states of charge.

The next thing to keep track of is the Voltage. Please keep track of that at various charge % as well. This will help us determine battery health.

At 99% charged: Charging Watts=1265. Cell Balance=10mV (actually, I watched it jump around between 7mV and 14mV, but it seemed to average 10). Battery Volts=115

At 100% charged: Watts=575. Cell Balance=4mV (I watched it jump around between 2mV and 7mV, but it seemed to average 4). Battery Volts=115

What's going to be more telling is the balance at low state of charge.

The other thing I'm curious about is the voltage vs the % full after you've done one of these draining rides. Specifically if it says 50% 102v when you stop, and then if you check on it after a few hours having been left alone/not charged if it says something different.

 OK, I'll try that. It might take awhile for me to ride it down to 50%, since the weather has just gotten a lot colder.
 But why is the battery percentage changing so much when I'm already at a full charge and I only drive for 3 miles? What could be causing that huge drain while the motorcycle isn't being used?

I don't know that it's actually a drain. I'm collecting data before I give my assessment. It might be a miscalculation and I don't want to mislead you before I have more data to draw a conclusion.
