Title: Zero red color code? Need to repair scratches. SOLVED
Post by: Kappi on September 26, 2021, 02:40:36 AM
Hey everybody, unfortunately I dropped my bike today ,(no crash, just a fall over).
Bike took no real damage since it was on grass and I managed to lay her down quite gently, however the front mud hard hit a rock and now has some scratches.
Does anybody know the color code for the red zero uses?
Am I right assuming it is RAL 3042?

Thanks
Kappi

Zero has several reds; plastic, painted, pinstripe...

This guide is incomplete, but may get you close:

Looks like Zero uses Toyota 3P0 Super Red.  Maybe try a Toyota dealer in your country for a touchup stick and see how it matches.

Thanks Chrissa and mdjak1,

I never noticed that part of the unofficial manual
I'll get the stick and touch it up. Any red will look better than white primer on plastic with grime.

The color of red has changed over the years.  I ordered some replacement parts in red in 2019 and they did not match the 2014 NOS part I had in the garage.  When I painted to match my 2014 SR, I contacted Zero and they provided me with the paint code.
