This will be the last ICE vehicle I buy for the rest of my life. I promise!
I am too old to see a decent E-RV here, with a decent charging infrastructure for such, in the USA during my lifetime. They don't even sell them in the USA, but they do in Europe. (https://archive.curbed.com/2019/9/17/20870863/electric-rv-for-sale-camper-motorhome-iridium-dusseldorf)
I paid $161,500.00 cash out the door for my new toy a few days ago.
See attached photo.
It is a 2022 Entegra Vision 27A.
I am still keeping my old RV too. A Y2k Fleetwood Tioga 24A.

Your new toy has twice the lug nuts as the e-rv you linked.
Something if off with the specs on https://www.entegracoach.com/motorhomes/vision/. With a 5000 pound hitch there seems no way to get gcwr of 23,000 pounds.
Maybe just should have an * that says with weight distributing hitch?

The only hitch capacity I care about is the tongue weigh capacity (which is 500 lbs) as my Zero DS will be carried there.
The Thor Axis I was looking at first (shortest Class A made for 2022) has an 8K lb hitch, 800 tongue weight capacity. But the deal breaker there was the refrigerator, it's DC only (compressor type) and draws 8 amps at 12 VDC when boondocked. And has a small house battery box, and no way to add a large lith battery as I have in my old RV, without major modifications that I would not want to do in a new RV.
The other weight specs I don't care about, it's only me these days and I won't be towing anything.

Come to think of it, that is only $3,500.00 less than I paid for the house in year 2003 which I just sold for 350K$.
The main difference is my new house is on wheels and no HOA to deal with!
One thing has recently became very clear to me. The home owners have no control over an HOA. The HOA controls the home owners only. HOAs have gotten too powerful as they get more money to pay for lawyers and politicians. These days, often one larger HOA owns many smaller HOAs. To sell my house, I had to give $200.00 to each of them ($400.00 total) just to cancel the HOA memberships. And many have MUCH higher fees than that to quit, I was told by my realtor.

Yes, that price they demanded of you seemed target to keep someone from suing them... just under the threshold.
