Title: Hello from Cape Town SA

Hi everyone
I have just bought a Zero DS 2013 model about 4 months ago. Best thing I ever bought after a dishwasher. Only problem in SA there are hardly any dealers (nothing in Cape Town only one in Pretoria I believe) so hoping to solve any issues with the help of u guys. Ive done almost 3000km with the bike so far (it only had 14000km on it) and think its best thing since sliced bread. Electric still very scarce in SA as we dont have government grants or any fast charge infrastructure as yet. I am a collector of classic bikes mostly 2 strokes but find the Zero my favourite bike by far. I firmly believe if everyone was in an electric vehicle there would be less road rage.

Welcome, Thumpalong. I think most of us would agree with you that riding an electric motorcycle can be a calming experience, especially if you can get out of town and into the boondocks.  :)
