Title: Cannot Access TFT Settings

Purchased my 2020 LiveWire yesterday. As I was getting on the bike to leave the dealership, I attempted to access the TFT settings to link my phone to the bike for the integrated HD Connect features. The screen was unresponsive to touch inputs. My dealer's tech spent about 4 hours trying to figure out what the deal was - however still nothing. What's odd is that I can wake the screen up by touching it, and can also input the 5 digit start code - however once the display shows the default screen, there is no input response to touch.

Has anyone experienced this? My dealer is aware and has sent videos of the issue to HD tech support - just waiting to hear back on whether the system needs to be flashed or a screen replacement is needed (all under warranty).

Dealer replaced the TFT under warranty.
