Hello,
My 2017 Zero SR motorcycle seems to have been depleted. I've left the charger on for 3 days already with the key turned on and the ignition switch on, but it still has not charged up. The charger is through a supercharger J-Plug and the bike has an extra battery installed.
Are there any suggestions of what I should do to get it charging again?
A little more about the bike--it has:
* Factory PowerTank (extra batteries, installed)
* DigiNow Superchargers- 3 in belly pan, “Double J-Plugs,"
Any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried using only the OBC? I have heard others mention the charge tank will not charge when the battery is too low, but the OBC will.

It's long gone.

How long has it been since it was last charged?
