Really two questions:
1. Setup for carrying light loads that need to be handled a bit gently, for example some groceries or takeout food, what solutions have you LW riders come up with?
2. And more generic luggage options for extra clothing, etc, that can be handled more roughly.

I thought there were several support vehicles that follow you around like on TV! Haha
I've been wearing a backpack. Recently upgraded from an old Jansport from college to an Ogio No-Drag which is an expandable hard shell. I wouldn't put a pizza in it though!

I am not familiar with the LiveWire's chassis, but I would think that a tank bag, a passenger seat bag and a set of soft saddlebags tossed over the passenger seat would be somethings to consider. Attached are a couple of photos of my Zero with all of the luggage that I can dump on the bike, although I realize that the rear rack and top box might not be an option for you.

What tail/seat bag is that? I have been finding it hard to find tail bags with a decent capacity that can fit on the Zero's shallow 9" pillion seat. Don't know the LW but I would assume the passenger seat is similarly small.

It is either a First Gear or a Sedici (sold by Cycle Gear) seat bag. Both are expandable and can carry a lot of stuff. They attach to the edge of the seat, a frame tube or fairing edge. No doubt you could also attach them with straps under the seat, assuming it is removable. BTW, the saddlebags are the Cycle Gear brand, which I bought for only $25 for the set some years ago and they attach to the bike with a lot of random straps.

While I appreciate the various observations, please let me steer this conversation back to actual LW riders with personal experience.

I put everything in a messenger bag. I can fit an entire flat of Mexican Coke in it!

The fact that they sponsored Ewan and Charley and then didn’t capitalize with a Long Way Up edition that could actually carry things just shows you how incoherent Harley’s electric strategy is.

I have been hearing the same thing. But I haven's seen any verified numbers regarding their sales. You would think that H-D being a publicly-traded company this information would come out sooner or later. Frankly, it is kind of hard for me to believe that the LW has sold a lot of bikes. I have never seen one in person and the price is so high that I wouldn't think there would have too many units sold since it was introduced to the market. ???

I was surprised they could sell even one. But both Reno, NV and Rocklin, CA HD sell them about as fast as they get them in. They try to keep three in stock at each shop, one of each color. I cannot disagree that they sell many LWs, just look here at the HD LW Forum, 1,200 members. (https://www.hdlivewireforum.com/)
Enough to have their own forum. BTW, there is a Zero forum here. (https://www.zero-forum.com/) But look how dead it is, compared to the LW forum.
Why they sell so many HD LWs can be another discussion. But they do sell well.

All I can say is I am amazed. I would have never suspected that so many LiveWires would sell at their MSRP. And that goes double considering H-D's traditional customer base. Apparently, H-D and their LiveWire customers know something that I don't. ???

Some folks have the means and find the LW fun to ride despite the cost and flaws. And, equally obviously, Ymmv.
