Without actually reading the article... the headline seems to imply a little bit of an odd hire when it seems that design and marketing is the only thing that Damon has actually produced so far.

Mr. Penman had been a part of the team for some time but he is now listed as a VP on the team page.

Here is an interview with their new Head of Design Michael Uhlarik.  He talks about his former projects at different companies he has worked for and the other motorcycles he has designed.  He then talks a bit about Damon's approach and his opinion on gas and electric's future.
