Looks sensible and utilitarian.  It does not say if it has a clutch or gear box or just one speed or ratio.  Enclosed chain, removable battery, looks like decent seat, center stand, serious rear fender.  Looks like the tires are the ones that don't cost a lot.  Not sure if a high front fender compliments the rear.  Those hard corners on the "tank" can get painful if the tip overs or fall over episodes get a body part squished.
