Title: Does Zero supply a hard-copy owner's manual with a new bike?

I'm looking at a used 2020 Zero SR/F (purchased new in 2019) and the private seller says that Zero doesn't supply a hard-copy owner's manual.  Is this correct?  I know I can get a PDF owner's manual online at the Zero website but I like to have a hard-copy manual also.

IIRC, I was given a USB drive which had the same manual on-line with my new Zeros in year 2017.  There are no hard copies available, AFAIK.

So what the private seller told you was  correct.

No hard copy here. I did get a little bag though that says Zero on it.

Bought a new one in 2019. I was mailed the owners manual. Electric digital motorbike?  :P

My 2014 Zero S came with a key fob loaded with an owner's manual. I took it to Staples and had them print out a hard copy for me.
However, my 2018 S did not come with a key fob or a paper owner's manual. So I found the PDF online, downloaded it and printed it out using my 5-year old HP Officejet Pro 8610 ink jet printer using really cheap Chinese-reloaded ink cartridges.  Between the print paper and cheap ink, I figure that printing out the entire manual didn't cost much more than $5  :) A lot less than what Staples charged me in 2014.  ;)

I won't bother printing the PDF file owner's manual. 

I just found it online at the Zero website, downloaded it to my PC, then put it on the iCloud where I can view it with my iPhone and PC.  It's searchable.  Works good enough.

Color me old fashioned, but I kind of like the "old tech" hard-copy owner's manuals.  For most bikes I've owned in the past 20 years I've had both hard-copy and PDF file.  Being able to search the PDF file is a nice advantage.
