Title: Kill O Watt similar for 240 volts

I got a Kill o watt meter off ebay for pretty cheap like $30.  I can use it for my Husqvarna and Makita battery tools.  Is there something similar that works for single phase 240 volt like I need to recharge my Ktm freeride?  I can see used meters like the utility reads to get a monthly bill are quite inexpensive but I would need a box and a wire and plugs.  Would have to do artihmetic every time.  Chances are I will need the plugs and some wire anyway. I would think there is something for other parts of the world where the standard is 250 volts like is called for on my charger.

If this kind of stuff interests you (as it does me), you may want to look into whole panel monitoring solutions, like Sense.  I love mine.

It is in the USA.  The Ktm charger does have the European plug like in the link above.  It comes with a short adapter to get to an L6 which if I recall correctly is 250 volts 15 amps.

I have multiple locations to ride with various types of 240 single phase sockets or panels.

Does the smart plug require internet connection?  Like, that's not a given.

The kill o watt 120 volt model I got, the farthest button to the right toggles between kwh since load applied and time when meter plugged in.  The link above stated connect to smart phone via WiFi.  Screen got real cramped as I did not agree to cookies.

One thing you'll want to check is that the meter is meant for 60Hz. My UK meter will take 240V but it says 50Hz on it, if it's fed 60Hz that might mess with the timing of the circuitry and the calculation for energy consumption might be incorrect (not saying it definitely will, there are of course ways around it, but it's a possibility).

I have few single phase 240V energy consumption meters from different manufacturers. They plug into the wall outlet, the charger plugs into the meter, costs under 20$, displays volts/amps/watts/watt-hours/even phase difference. I'm not sure about your plug type, mine have the standard Europlug. Amazon or Adafruit should have something that fits your needs.

I do not do Amazon but the responses here got me using different key words in eBay.  It seems pretty simple to get an eu plug one from China.  I put a picture of the charger adapter. 
Edit: I checked the plug Ktm gave me from the EU plug.  It is NEMA L6 20.  There are L15, L20, and L30 in the L6 class.
My charger label is 230volts 10 and 13 amps for normal and fast.  The batteries are 2.6kwh for the 2017 and prior 3.9 now.  I think this is using a nominal voltage in the computation. 72 cells in series 3.6 volts per cell is  260 that times the 10 amp hour rating yeilds the 2.6kwh of the 2017.
