I was trying to download the MyEnergica app from the AppStore to go with my new Energica.
When I clicked the link on the EnergicaUSA website (https://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=1080604152&mt=8), it redirected me to the AppStore, but I just got a pop-up that said:
App Not Available
This app is currently not available in your country or region
When I searched in the AppStore for Energica I got nothing.
My region is "US" and I also got the same results when I tried the search on a friend's iPhone.
Does anyone know whats up? Am I doing something wrong?
thanks in advance for any info

Looks like something is wrong, that link should work...
I'll kick it up the tree to see if it's something that can be quickly fixed. It's Friday evening in Italy so it might not be back up and working till Monday.

thanks - that would be great :)

Maybe there's a correlation...seems the app is rather useless when bike is in charge mode...connection cannot be made until ignition key is activated which takes bike out of charge mode...or is this a case of user error? Why would one want to connect to app only when ignition key is engaged?

Just tested this yesterday. Switching the ignition on does not deactivate the charge mode. I have to press the mode button to do so.

Okay, I stand corrected - thx.
Point is still valid that an application made to monitor the bike's SOC is best utilized when charging bike and when remote from bike but if bike needs ignition key then doesn't that defeat the app's primary purpose?

Reported to my dealer and they told me they already informed Energica and promised to remind them. Not much else we can do I'm afraid.

FYI it's back (at least for Belgium 8))

Yup - back up in the US too :D
