Yes, the BMW thing is just a scooter, and not even a production one. Boo. Who needs concepts for a bog-standard consumer scooter? There's absolutely nothing that requires concepts there.
Not surprising to see Energica offer slightly more track-oriented bikes, though I'm slightly disappointed -- was hoping for a sport-touring version of the SS9+/Ribelle (that is, 3/4 fairing & hard luggage on the larger battery).

Italians seem to be more into styling and competition, instead of touring and general transportation.   ;)
