Title: Susanna Schick has passed away
Post by: Electric Cowboy on October 31, 2020, 03:15:20 AM
So an old friend of mine, and one of the three main people responsible for getting me into real racing, Pinky Racer (Susanna Schick) has passed away due to complications with pneumonia coupled with heart and lung issues caused by a virus.

If you know her, my condolences. Heather Vincent will be organizing an LA based service for mourning.

I don't know what else to say, if you did not have the chance to meet the loud, outspoken, original woman that was Sue, I am sorry you will not be able to meet her in person. And for all of us that knew her, I am sorry we will not be able to see or hear her again. I miss her blinding fashion.

Also, to all of my family, friends, acquaintances, and followers please stop dying. please.

She was a force to be reckoned with. Met her a few times and just loved her energy. Rest in peace, Pinky Racer.

I saw the news. I only met her online and talked to her a bit about her FXS.  She was one of the people that pushed me in that direction. This is a sad day.

She loved that I toted my daughters on my 2010 MXURDS(!) up to the corkscrew and back to the pits at an early ReFuel; I think my 2 year old was in a tu-tu; Susanna elicited high fives all around from my girls. She will be remembered as a badass.
