Ground wire - Where’s a good place to attach one?
I've looked but no success. All of the grounds are part of existing connectors.
Ground wire - I prefer to attach one to a proper grounding point vice splice into an existing ground.
These threads discuss 12 vdc but not a specific / proper grounding point - [1] ‘12v’ supply by Anubis-R and [2] ‘Better horns and more’ by DonTom.
I’ve installed a fuse block (6 slots) for accessories on the right side of the frame under the pseudo gas tank.
I need a good ground for this fuse block.
First accessory item is:
I just acquired a set of Denali DR1's. Demand is <2 amps.
Mfg states 1.6 amp for both. I did a load test - My reading was 1.8 amps @ 13.1 vdc.

There's a bunch of ground leads tied to a lug under the inverter, just in front of the seat. Please check with Demoni if that's a safe thing to tie into, though.

Sounds like a road trip is in order.
DR1 Denali's - I did find a safe way to hook them up.
They're amazing. I'm now able to safely ride after dark here in Lake County.
Take Hyw 29 between Calistoga and Middletown - lots of tight turns.
With only a stock headlight on the tight turns, it's beyond dangerous.

On EVs with floating grounds, I usually use the headlamp common, if I cannot find anything better. I did that with my Zeros.
But on my Energica SS9-, I used the ground side below the USB outlet.

All the 12v ground connections are terminated with a 6mm lug to one spot towards the rear of the battery case (big black bundle).
The battery case has braided straps connected to the charger, motor and frame. If measured with a multimeter all these components should have continuity.

I am running the Denali D2's on my Ribelle, had them on my Eva 107 before that. Just powering them off the USB connections and have never had a problem. The quality of light is way better than the stock headlights. It would be nice if the Ribelle's had a dedicated accessories power connection but guess the USB power will have to work for now.

Come to think of it with winter coming it would be nice to be able to run heated gear on the Energica's but they would pull far more power than you could get from the USB port. Again this would require a dedicated accessory fuze that isn't there.
