Title: GM dealer cost to switch from ICE to EV

An article in my newspaper yesterday written by Kalea Hall of the Detroit News said that General Motors has estimated that the cost for their Cadillac dealers to transition from selling and servicing ICE vehicles to electric vehicles is estimated to be $200K for each dealership. GM's goal is for Cadillac to sell more electric vehicles that ICE by the 2030 and will be investing $20 billion through 2025 to make this happen.

What is the largest expense in switching to EV stuff?

I hear it cost an average of 20K$  at each HD dealer that sells the LW just for Harley to install the CCS chargers.

But IMO, that isn't much.  Less than their price for one LW and I think all HD dealers should have done such, not only the ones that sell the LW.
