Title speaks to it.
I'm super anxious about getting my Ribelle and this is the first creature comfort thing to tackle.
The foot peg location (for me) needs to drop 35mm - 40mm based on the same fitment tweaks done to R1200RS which is the closest bike to the Energica riding position and anticipated lean angle compromise...
SS9 brackets are too far forward - looking to drop Ribelle ones straight down and wondering about getting a straight-face-view digital images of the Ribelle pegs from both sides and (2) maybe (3) reference measurements - this would represent a big-help perhaps worthy of a second set of brackets if you feel the squeeze similar to me @ 6'1" and still shrinking...5-weeks is a long time to wait.
The planned steps are to 3D print PETG carbon variants before machining T61 AL actuals.

So the EsseEsse9 footpeg position is about 10mm lower and 10 mm further forward compared to the Ribelle.
There was an owner of an EsseEss9 that posted some brackets he made to lower the peg position of his bike.

Doing this will limit the max lean angle of the bike. In addition the weight you apply to the footpegs will be acting on a longer lever, this may cause issues with the brackets on the frame.
It's not a mod that I would suggest, but it's your bike.

U-da-Man Demoni - I appreciate the info and I appreciate your cautionary note.
The example shown is exactly what I was thinking - the bracket offsets the peg assembly about 25mm in the SS9 example which may be enough given the stock offset is 10mm between the two Evas so it looks plausible to hit 35mm in an effort to gain leg relief and allow my butt to nestle better in the seat.
The only remaining info needed is the span between the two frame mounting bolts - center to center dimension desired, both sides. The images are sufficient to transform the bracket geometry otherwise.

When ordering my new Ribelle I had the same concerns as my EVA needed a handlebar raise kit and had its higher pegs which hurt my knee. The factory recommended putting on the higher SS9 bars and lower SS9 pegs to the Ribelle, we did that and my new bike is much more comfy than the EVA was and no further back or knee aches!

Mounting up esse esse 9 bars and peg brackets to the Ribelle sounds exctly what I would like. No problem with brake lines and cables? Does the rear brake pedal move along with the ss9 foot peg brackets? Do you think you have ss9 ergos on the Ribelle now?

Not until you raise the saddle which has also got a significant impact on the ergos.
I can‘t tell for the Ribelle, but on the SS the brake lines are matched to the handlebar. I can‘t see how I can *significantly* (like more than 2“/5cm) change that.
