Does anyone in the MidWest have a Sevcon controller I could borrow so I can add reverse functionality to my 2017 DSR? I'm in Central WI (near Wausau) and could travel to you or pay shipping. I can provide collateral if you like.
Cheers!

Hi, sorry for unburying the dead, but did you ever manage to add reverse to your DSR? It seemed to me from your post that you'd principally know how to do it, which is way more than I know.
I bought a 2017 DSR last November, and riding it offroad mainly, there have been various situations where a reverse would have been more than handy.
Cheers

He was last active here in June of 2021, so do not expect to get a reply. I also often find reverse to be very handy. If I were to buy another motorcycle, it would be a requirement to have a reverse, just as the last three motorcycles I have purchased.

Reverse is handy on SurRon Storm Bee. BTW if someone has a need for a Sevcon 4/4, a couple bms, a mbb, a contactor from a 2013 Zero MX, I likely will be selling them soon as I plan to ride the chassis on trails and that stuff isn't playing nice with me although seems fully functional.
