Anyone has replaced original Eva black plastic bar ends? How easy it is to take them out and what brand / model suits?

Stock bar ends are press fit, pair of pliers will have them out in a jiffy (wrap them in tape if you don't want marks).

Any standard available friction fit bar ends for 7/8 bars should work.
