Does not prevent individual riders from riding that route, or any other route, that day, or any other day.  At least how I interpret 10 a iii of the order:

"To engage in outdoor activity, provided the individuals comply with
Social Distancing Requirements as defined in this Section, such as, by way of example and without limitation, walking, hiking, or running."

Someone said, and I agree:

 "what we do is generally outdoor activity, not traveling.  "

But if you are out riding, be *extra safe*, since hospitals may be overwhelmed and blood donations are down.

Zero owners, coming from the South, meet at Zero factory?

Meet at Alice's at 11 (to beat the lunch rush).

Some will ride spiritedly, some will ride more relaxedly.

If I have my Ribelle by then you can count me in. I don't think I want to try and make that loop on my EsseEsse9 since I would be coming from Antioch and would need to plan for recharge times just to get to Redwood City.

That's just over my range, too.  I can get to Alice's, but pretty unsure about the beach and back.

I was planning on going to Stanford next weekend, and testing my range on Skyline, but the event I was attending was canceled.

My FX would make a 62-mile loop from Mountain View to Alices to San Gregorio and back. I'd just have to be in the putt-putt group.

I am up there every Sunday morning for breakfast. Don't expect to charge up at the restaurant. Right now they are in the process of replacing their bathrooms and there is no access to L1 outlets anymore due to the construction work. The last time I looked, their L2 outlet on the side of the gas station still says no EV charging allowed.

The last time I checked, Alice's was not open for dining, only for takeout meals. I really doubt anything will change during the next few weeks.  Here is a photo of the inside of the restaurant taken last Sunday morning.
