Modena should be in lock down with the virus....so those that don't get it in following couple of weeks, will have to wait.
I don't know how the lockdown affects them in detail, but workplaces haven't been closed down in general so far, and travel to work is permitted for not-at-risk employees.

Goods transport is explicitly allowed so far, including through national borders.
Since the announcement explicitly references the lockdown decree from Sunday (before the Italy-wide one), hopefully that means production can continue.
What is likely the bigger overall concern is that in case of a global downturn/recession, people tend to delay/cancel large non-mandatory purchases, and high-end electric motorcycles would count.
