As I've commented before, each of the bullet points (new-platform BEV bike, 200mph bike, 200mi range @ 200kg curb weight, adjustable ergos, situational awareness) is significant work for a startup all in itself. Doing them all simultaneously in 3 years is an extraordinary amount of work, let alone integrating them in the same bike.
AFAICS, the Mission Motors IP would only be relevant for the high-speed aspects, and since it's all 10 years old at this point, of questionable value for that. Not to mention, if they only got the IP a few months ago, it would have been too late to figure in their current designs.
