I have a 2016 Zero SR, a couple months ago when I plug the charger in the status lights never change. The dash will show 100% and everything seems to be working fine. Even after (4) days the lights never change.
Do I have a problem?

I don't understand what you're asking.

Plug in a Delta Q charger?  I cannot tell what I am looking at in your video. Is that a Quick charger light?

At 100%, there is nothing to charge, at lease after the contractor opens.  What is it that  you're expecting to change?

Sorry, I'm talking about the BMS Flash Code Patterns (Charge Mode). Looking at the battery percentage on the dash display - it is at 40%. I plug the bike into the wall outlet. After approximately 6 hours the dash display will show 100% but the BMS flash code shows whats on the video. Never changes even after 4 or 5 days of leaving the bike plugged in. It use to show the 1 Red, 2 Green, 3 Green, 4 Green, On for 5 seconds then off for a second. According to the manual that means it's 100% charged. My flash code never changes always shows the same flashing lights

When you're at 100%, is your contactor open as it should be?  And do you know what your voltage is at 100% SOC indicated?

I am thinking you're not at the full 116.20VDC and never get there, so the bike assumes it is still charging. Have you tried other than the on-board charger?

It could be an indication of your charger not charging up enough, which seems to be a common problem with the on-board chargers. But if you're above 115 VDC, I would not worry too much about it until it starts dropping further down. But you may start finding a lower and lower voltage and then after a while, it may even effect the SOC, and will only charge to 99% then 98%, etc.

What voltage does the Zero Ap say you're at when the SOC says 100%?

My main guess right now is that you're not getting up to 116.2 VDC  at your 100 SOC indicated.

Looks like it has stopped charging and is close enough to the full 100% charged voltage.
 
However, to get a more exact voltage, either use a good digital voltmeter  on the accessory charger pins above the motor (key on so battery contactor is closed)  or pay a few bucks  for this app.

But either way, I would not worry about  the BMS blinking light status if no other problems are noticed. At least not yet. I never even look at mine.

Now that you have the app, consider setting your custom mode. I have mine set for the freeway as max speed 85 MPH, torque 85%, brake regen 100% deceleration regen 20%.  Many others prefer 0% here as coasting gives better range than regen at higher speeds, but I notice no difference with coasting on my SR / pwr tank between 0 and 20%, perhaps because it's a bit heavier and goes down hill with a bit more force.

My 2018 S doesn't even have those lights any more. There are no longer any charging inspection ports on the front of the bike. Just a rubber plug covering some sort of small connector (I think) that is completely covered with dielectric grease.
