Can anyone identify the windscreen featured on the police spec FX.

It’s the same. The Zero windscreen options are all bar mount branded MRA screens.

At most, there might be a different length of mounting stalk. You can order MRA stalks of whatever length you like through a site like twistedthrottle.com
