The 2013 manual shows a 4 amp fuse for the DC-DC converter and a 4 amp fuse to the main bike board.
If the bike wouldn't run I'd say it's the MBB fuse.
Standing on the kickstand side, it's the top fuse on the left and the DC-DC one is the top one on the right.

The other two are for the onboard charger, bottom left 20 amp
And the quick charger bottom right 30 amp.

Yep, that sounds logical, thanks. I bet it was the MBB fuse.

3.15A is the battery fuse not the MBB. The MBB fuse rarely "works", its about 50/50. Your 2013 so have a "new" "upgraded" battery, typically 2015MY

When you say "battery fuse" between the battery and what?
