Im guessing Zero really does want people to be tight lipped with the demo rides because I know theyre happening but no videos?? There was a facebook post from someone earlier who took one but quickly deleted. They seemed to enjoy their ride, the main things they didnt like were the heated grips felt weak/not warm enough, and the foot position on the bike for them. They did do a lot power stops to test the ABS and were happy with it.

I wonder why Zero would not want publicity for the SR/F?  You would think that most test ride comments would be positive and would help sales of the new model.  ???

So I know it is only April 11th and this maybe a little early but has anyone who preordered got any better info yet on delivery date.  All I got is end of April, beginning of May still.  I would think Zero should by now have some better estimates on amount of preorders and when they are going to be going out.  It is just a nice sunny day and I am itching for my SR/F.

My dealer called and Friday and said they were putting in the actual order for the bike - so I had to decide on the colour. Tricky decision! The red ones I’ve seen in photos look great: much fancier than the red on my SR for example (even after I swapped out the plastics after the great parking-lot-paint-solvent incident).

In the end though, I went for the blue. Something a little different.

The dates stayed the same: demo bike coming next month (April), and my bike coming in May. Just in time for Summer to return to Seattle..

It seems a lot of people are choosing blue, but it looks way to light for me. I wish for a third color or even black. More choices mean more sales imo.

Me too.  I sold my ICE (more for the storage room than funding).  Now everyone is riding their bikes to work and I am stuck in my cage.
But seriously - we want estimates of the dealer demo delivery dates.  We want an estimated schedule for pre-order fulfillment.

I tend to agree.  It looks more like a powder blue, which is lighter than I would prefer.  I think black should be offered as a standard color for every motorcycle.  I'm not too keen on either of the color choices for the new SRF, which would probably keep me from buying one if I was in the market.

Ride reviews have been few and far between. I am guessing that Zero hasn't released bikes to the major cycle reviewers yet or they have black out date where the reviews can start being published. Until then here is a review from an unlikely source; Engadget. Not a real motorcycle review site but i looks very positive.

At first I got mad because the picture looked liked they only have the red bikes ready but then I realized that it must be they already shipped the blue ones out.  ;)
