Still no one has posted a video of them opening the storage area, I'd really like to see how it looks more than the one stock picture I have seen of the dual USB ports.

Anyone have a guess if the Givi top cases that most people use on their SR's will be compatible with the SRF?

Check out the photo at the bottom of this link:  https://electricmotorcycles.news/ecomobiel-antwerp-at-official-dealer-launch-zero-sr-f/
It shows SR/F accessories hanging on the wall.  They include a rack and SHAD top box and side cases.  I have SHAD side cases on my BMW and they are of high quality and fairly priced.  SHAD makes BMW hard luggage, but sells their products for about 1/3 the cost of BMW luggage.  :)

The side cases on the display look to me like their SH23 luggage.

If you get the full 12kWs, do you still get storage and USB chargers?

Those appear to be SH23 side cases:

And the SH39 top case:

Shad as a vendor have seemed pretty nice quality from what I've seen at dealerships. They're in the same range as Givi, with a different design focus, typically. I like that all of their cases have obvious parts replacement ordering options, something Givi doesn't support well aside from their Maxia line of top cases.

Their largest top case is a 59L expandable trunk, which is an interesting design idea.

The initial pair of 3kW chargers fit under the tank storage, but the additional 6kW unit that brings it to 12kW seems to sit where the tank storage goes, so it's either like the existing Charge Tank or it IS the existing Charge Tank.

So, it probably replaces the storage but probably not the USB port since that's pretty cheap to move elsewhere.

Best bet is the USB ports are just for charging phones and things but I'm hoping you can hook up a laptop and communicate with the bike as a backup for bluetooth.

That'd be unlikely as they will standard USB sockets, not USB hosts. But I betcha there's a secret socket somewhere for diagnostics.

Is the parking brake another $600 option?

If it is, you can always use a 6 cent piece of Velcro strap to tie the front brake against the handlebar when parking the bike on a steep street.   ;)

There's something special about a 20k+ bike you have to use a jerry-rigged velco solution on to park safely.

Zero will sell you this $10 solution then.

Yes, and that is the bike is $600.00 cheaper than it would be if it came with the parking brake. Besides, you can always use their ten dollar brake hold  or
from r/specializedtools

Am I the only person who always makes sure to park with his front wheel higher than the rear, so the bike always wants to roll back onto the kickstand?

I prefer this too.  Largely because that means I can drive out uphill or back out downhill.

Exactly -- more stable parking, and you get to back up downhill, whether it's pulling into the spot or pulling out. The uphill part is done under power. How many motorcyclists haven't figured that out?
