Comparitive performance with 20hp/12 nm petrol engine
« Reply #6 on: October 18, 2018, 12:29:26 PM »

High I am looking to build a bike with ball park comparitive performance to 150 CC race bike I have that has 20hp at 11500 rpm peak and 12 newton metres of torque measured at rear wheel. Bike is only use for sprint races that are only 12 minutes long including warmup laps so battery pack will end up small and light. For comparitive performance can anyone give me a ball park figure of what output electric motor i will need.
