I Already asked for full refund months ago, Zero just ignored me. Now I heard last week that the dealer (who still has my bike) has gone under and everything is locked up in a liquidation case. Can the talented Mr Dale do anything about that!?
So its far worst than flawed firmware, Zero incompetence , lemon bike; ITS LIKE A LIVING NIGHTMARE!!!!

I can understand Zero don't give a refund and want to solve it.
They, but I think even more the dealer should have given you a temporary replacement bike if >1 month waiting.
Even if this would be an ICE bike, just good customer care of the dealer.
They sold you a bike, you shouldn't have anything to do with Zero yourself, the dealer is responsible for what he sells.
Dealer bankrupt is extra frustrating now, but not Zero's responsibility, is it?
Hope you can get your bike back, otherwise I also would pulling my hair out of frustration....
