Taking delivery this afternoon! I went through quite a headache getting insurance sorted... a couple companies said they couldn’t cover (including AAA at first), and another wanted ridiculous rates, but I finally got AAA (current insurer) for a very decent rate.

@rockand0rroll:  how different are the seating positions on those two?  I've actually disliked the lean-in position of my SR as compared to my previous FX.  I'm wondering if there's much difference between the S and DSR.

The DSR has a larger front wheel. It doesn't lean forward like the SR does.  I have the DSR for that reason myself.

I think my next one would probably be a DS.  Hopefully my accessory investment transfers across bikes easily  ;D

The S, particularly this 2013, is lower and more leaned forward in posture. It’s basically the same geometry, but the larger front wheel and different handlebars make a difference for sure. The DSR is a little less nimble, but still a great handling bike.

Wait, what?  Front and rear wheels are bigger on DS/DSR.  So, there's not frame tilting forward or rear.  Lean position is bascially a matter of preference and handlebars.
