2019 Honda Super Cub and Monkey
« on: June 10, 2018, 03:24:20 AM »

Here is something new from Honda, but out of the past, that you might find interesting, even if they are powered by ICE. Honda is going to market these two small bikes in the U.S. next year.  The Monkey seems a little pricey to me and the Super Cub sure has a small gas tank.  But I think they will sell well enough to the nostalgic retro urban rider:  https://www.revzilla.com/common-tread/first-look-2018-honda-monkey

Thanks for posting the link up.  I had been hoping they would bring the Super Cub back to the USA and even considered grey market importing one ever since I owned one in Japan 20 years ago.  Now that it's coming, I probably won't buy it :) - too much overlap in usability with my FXS, assuming the Zero ever proves reliable for me.

I just read that the Monkey will be arriving in the U.S. this fall, followed by the Super Cub in January 2019.
