wow, awesome project! Makes me think about modding mine too. But getting it registred with such a selfmade fairing in my country is a nightmare and expensive. How does New Zealand handle this?

Thanks everybody!  About legalizing.. I'm not sure actually haha.  As long as it has a DOT headlight and working turn signals, it should be fine.  We'll see what they say when I'm done with this.

Oh yeah, for sure!  I'll paint all the brackets, too.. once I get the headlight and stuff mounted in there.  This project is taking forever but I'm having a lot of fun with it  ;D

Oh wow, I didn't realize it had been so long!  Nah, nothing really new.  Things are taking forever (waiting for more mounting brackets and figuring out what to do for a headlight) and I've started redesigning the tank, and some other stuff.  I'll shoot a video to go through some of that stuff  ;D
