FWIW there is a Porsche 911 conversion out there with two power packs and four Z-Force motors and the original gearbox. So, that's one way to multiply power, although absolutely impractical.

There are probably some very small and light cars that would move fine with a single Zero motor, but they'd either be like the Renault Twizzy or a 60s era mini car before the modern era.

Or a Lotus 7 which is the vanguard of light by design!

Well, I dyno'd my car yesterday and found out it only makes 53hp and 49ft/lbs at the wheels.  It weighs about 1500lbs (700kg) so I feel like a Zero swap is in order!

Still, mistasam, that is twice as much power as my first car made - a 1958 800cc, three-cylinder, two-stroke, DKW Junior sedan.  :o

Incar from 2016 with one motor and one pack.

No 2017 onboard video, unfortunately.

A car with controllable creep for dropping off kids at elementary school and power for trackday excitement is completely reasonable. And it's Red!  Someday I'll write a thread on it.

Two Porsche 912 motors in parts for sale. PM if interested.

Ha ha! Does it really go faster when you bob back and forth in the driver's seat?

They tried... It's better result than an off into the wall at 11.

You can hear them laughing, it's great.

30 seconds faster this year with 4 motors.

Whoa!  Makes you wonder if they'll change the batteries in the next models.

That is new to me.  Thanks for posting.  But that DKW 1000S was a much better car than my Junior.  I would be surprised if any Juniors were still around as it was very cheaply and poorly made in my opinion. Plus, it didn't look nearly as nice as the car in the video.  See attachment showing the only photo that I have of the car and me - wearing the only suit I have ever owned.  ::)

Wow haha, that's a great photo!  Hopefully there are still some around, or restored.
