do you mean aesthetic aftermarket parts or both electronic and aesthetic?

I would like a fairing that is large like a cruiser but more focused on aero dynamics, replace the side panels that cover the side of the battery with panels that jut out and go over the riders legs, pretty much just aftermarket aesthetic parts that focus on lowering wind drag without looking like a weird bubble.

The biggest aftermarket mod that I want for my bike is the ability to put on extra battery packs, my dream when I first bought my zero was to buy 2 extra battery packs and mount them like side saddles to the bike and triple the range.

Sport-touring type FULL frame-mounted fairing and a lower belt guard.

That is all.

Just a better placing of the aux port.

You think an R100RS is heavy?  With a full tank of fuel that thing weighs about the same as the Zero SR.  I know because I had an R100RT and that one was slightly heavier due to the larger fairing.

The wet weight of an R100RS is 500lbs.

A Zero SR is 418lbs in 4-brick configuration, and 458lbs with a Power Tank:

The Zero is lighter. Even a sport touring fairing would not make it as heavy as the R100RS, and we're not even talking about cases yet.

Sorry, got confused by too many facts and figures.  Yes, my R100RT with bags and a full load of fuel was a tick over 500 lbs... BUT as a full-dress tourer it was probably the lightest bike in that category ever.  The RS is lighter still and with all the weight down low both bikes were child's play to pick up when they fell over.  A whole lot easier than my K1200LT (which I've had to pick up a couple of times).

I'm no Schwarzenegger... it's not about strength... it's all about technique.  I knew a woman a third smaller than me who picked up her GL1500 GoldWing after she dropped it before any of the big strong men with us even had the time to dismount their bikes to give her a hand.

But getting back on topic... yes, a nice, full coverage fairing like the one on the R100RS is what I'd like to see on a Zero.  I've seen some of those "Dustbin" fairing designs and they're just a lilttle to weird-looking for me, even if they are more aerodynamic.

Aerodynamic fairing and screen that improves range at high speed and provides some weather protection.

CHAdeMO charging at 2C. Maybe one for the 2018 range when I hope the new Farris cells will be certified for 2C.

How's about a wind turbine that we can setup in our gardens and charge our bikes with? Perhaps with an integrated 1kWh battery that would buffer energy to ensure a consistent supply to the bike.  Perhaps that's better for a third party...

Not to pick on a spelling mistake, but I would like to point out:
http://farrisbattery.com/   Sells guns  - "Batteries"
http://www.farasis.com/  Designs energy storage technology.  - "Batteries"

The more you know...

Oops, I hate guns too. Other than they're fun to play with...  It must have been late, because I do know the correct spelling. Thanks for making the correction Shadow.
