Appear to be Highway Dirt Bikes Ultimate hand guards. Not cheap but badass IMHO.

They make some other neat stuff. Top clamps with holes to mount various switches, etc.

they are very nice guards and the mirrors are cool and actually work. you can also get all sorts of trick options for the clamps, add switches, completely customize it.

negative is they don't sell just the mirrors, so if you break one you either buy all new guards again (not cheap) or deal with sending them an email, verifying this, checking that, .... until they will sell you a replacement. they are also not cheap as mentioned before.
