Unless I'm missing something, I'll have to phone in the order?  I don't see a way to order from the website...?

Yes, they're an LA dealer not yet fully running an online store.

I wonder if the price is a bit high due to materials (carbon fiber). I would settle for ABS or something similar, as long as it's cheaper :D

The price is definitely about the material and the development cost; carbon fiber is not cheap to work with. Maybe an ABS plastic version can be made now that there are molds to start with?

I assume the carbon front fender cannot be used in place of the dirt fender and fork guards on a DSR?

It's just a trace/cover for the sport fender. The curvature won't even match the 19" DS/R wheel.

Ahhh, got it. I thought it completely replaced the stock S/SR fender. I'm interested in a lower front fender for my DSR, similar to what the Ducati Scrambler comes with, hence the question.

Hey guys. Thanks for all the interest!

The front fender is a full replacement. The carbon fender actually weighs less than half of the original plastic fender.

Unfortunately it will not work with the DS models, however it does fit the FXS nicely.

Awesome Harlan!  All the FXS owners that want a little less weight on the front to be able to wheelie easier I'm sure have this on their shopping list ;)

Ha! Yeah. I mention it not so much for the weight savings but as a testament to the quality of the carbon work. It is very nice.

I'm really interested in getting the lockable tank storage when I get my SR. I don't like the look of the tank bag, I think it looks kind of cheap. I was wondering though if it will ever come in other colors besides the carbon fiber? I would like mine to be just plain black. I don't want to deck my whole bike out in carbon fiber,  and just having the tank storage that color will not appeal to me.
