My commute ride is 23km one way & I can chose going via freeway or normal road. But don't want to do 110km/h between lorries, so zero has to come up with some more topspeed.

The 113 km/h range for the FXS ZF6.5 is quoted as 60 km, and the sustained top speed is 121 km/h, so on paper you're okay, on fresh equipment. I'm wondering how an FXS works out as a daily freeway-speed, long-range commuter.

Something to keep in mind, if you're planning on keeping the FXS for 5 years, don't expect the range to stay at 60 km as the bike gets older.
