Just ordered mine this morning.  Now the long 3-4 week wait begins...

I'm still amazed how comfortable Charger is riding on the tank of a frigging bike.

I'm thinking of this.

It looks flatter and wider than the regular seat.  Also ordered but have 2-3 weeks to wait still.

I visited the Quail motorcycle gathering today, and got to meet Mike Corbin and catch up with Terry on his current riding setup and check out his custom seat. Everyone seems very enthusiastic about making the Zero experience better and addicted to electric riding, so I feel more confident about seeing further support in the future.

I did not have the chance to meet Craig Vetter but did meet his son who shared this enthusiasm. Overall I tried to convey concerns and also the desires of the community. I don't think I could tell for sure how many seat orders for Zeros had been made but hopefully it's worth their while.

After a 250 mile day, I must say the stock seat needs some improvement for touring. I need to fix my Airhawk before the Corbin arrives.

250 miles?  When people ask me how far I can go on a charge, I tell 'em "About as far as I can stand this seat!"

250 miles involved three charging stops with a single Elcon (4kW total which recovers range at a 37mph rate) over the course of the day.

Great seeing you at the show Brian!  I had done 250 mile days on bike before the Corbin seat, but as soon as I got it I wanted to go further lol.  I can't wait for yours to arrive.  If you go by his shop in Hollister you will see seat molds moving down the assembly line at the rate of about a seat every 2 minutes.  Over 300 packages leave the Corbin shipping dock each day.
