Well, I ordered the leather.  I'll post a photo in a month or two or whenever it happens to get here.  My only gripe with Corbin (this is the second seat I've got from them) is they ship via UPS (brokerage fee piracy).  Hopefully, I can convince them to ship via USPS instead.

I've got a grey leather seat top with yellow vinyl on the other surfaces.  Had it a few months now, and I'm quite impressed.  I really like the leather compared to the total vinyl Corbin seat that I used to have on my old Beemer.  More supple, and it looks better.

Anyway, I find it more comfortable than the stock seat, and also much easier to hang off of the seat when turning tight corners.

Got my Corbin over the weekend also... just got to try it out for the ride into work.  Seat position is a bit further back, so I was leaning a bit more on the ride... not bad at all, just will take getting used to.  Comfortable seat though!

This looks almost exactly like the seat I just ordered tonight!

Been riding my 2017 SR for about a week now, and it's fantastic except the seat is noticeably, significantly less comfortable than the seats on my Monsters. I'll definitely wait until I've put at least 1000 miles in before I decide how I feel about the Corbin, but I'm excited!

Just as a heads up Corbin is doing 10% off his seats this next week at his rally in Hollister. We (digiNow) will have a booth there on Friday and Saturday next to his EV station with some stuff to show off. Come check out our new belly pans!

Getting my seat built & C/2 charging the old-school way...  having removed the plastics in anticipation of installing digiNow's on the sides!  The black anodizing didn't hold up over four years of parking toward the east at work... gotta get some black spray paint!?

I'm running the Air Hawk pillion on top of my worn seat and it makes a huge difference. I'd use the Corbin I have that's made for a 2011 but it doesn't have a passenger area.  Corbin Seats were offered by zero in that era.

I have sent a PM to a few of you, so please forgive me if I seem to be bugging folks.  I'm looking to buy a stock seat or seat pan for a DS, DSR, S, or SR.  My bike is a '16 SR, but they all appear to fit except the very early models like the 2011 and maybe the 2012.  I'm thinking there must be a few of you who have the old stock seats just taking up space so hopefully you'd consider selling it to me.

Thanks!
