1:38. "I installed another speedometer on the Zev....because the one on the Zev exaggerates a lot."
It seems like the ZEC LRC uses the same Koso dash as the pre-2014 Zero S/DS bikes. It has a hidden speed adjustment mode where it can be trimmed to the correct speed - no need to install another speedometer
Zero's range of models seems to dominate the listing. Even if interleaved with the other makers. Even the most level handed approach is tilted as Zero marketing. I don't how to list things so they wouldn't appear that way.
Zero for better or worse is by far the dominant player in the production electric motorcycle market, in terms of units sold. Energica is shipping bikes now, which is awesome, and Lito has been shipping bikes in small quantities for some time. Brammo has stopped producing bikes and Victory has perhaps started to sell the Empulse TT? I have a Victory dealer near me, should check it out.
We all read about Zeros and another rehash of marketing materials should have new information - some "easter egg". Not to say the Ego gets the same handling, because I (like perhaps most) are unfamiliar so getting their facts in one place is helpful.
Not everyone is as familiar with electrics as people that read this forum
Is the LIT C1 qualify as a "concept" model? (sorry for picking at the scabs of everyone who is tired of hearing about this long overdue project) It is about the only other one I follow (but I don't invest in). Or is motorcycle only EV's one "straddles"? or is it EV's licensed as Motorcycles?... then the list might include [censored] wheeled EV's which becomes a nearly unmanageable list.
Since it doesn't include scooters, probably doesn't include 3 wheelers either.
The Lit C1 is a production-intent concept - farther along than the BMW eRR for example (which honestly I don't think belongs on a buyers guide) - but probably counts as an enclosed scooter rather than a motorcycle due to the seating position.
(The Lit C1 has been in development so long that I expect they will further bump the capacity by the time it is being delivered; maybe they will be able to make their 200 mile range target after all, with a 15 kWh battery up from the original 8 kWh : )
