Is the S shipping next week?

Does anyone know for sure that Zero is shipping the S next week? I was told last week that they were but I was also told that I would get a call from the billing department this week to pay for it. That has not happened. I have called Zero sales several times but get no response. I am assuming this lack of action means another delay. Just wondering what other people know. Anyone make contact with Zero this week?
