SKD parts
« on: March 07, 2015, 01:45:57 PM »

Hi!
I am going to set up an assembly line of 3000 watt electric motorcycle.
Does anybody know what are SKD parts of a typical electric motorcycle?
I need the info to prepare a basic layout of assembly line.
Many thanks

Searched online for that terminology.  Here's a likely definition:
~~>>  SKD = "Semi Knocked Down" — a kit containing parts needed to assemble a product.

So, you would need to obtain the parts list from the designer as to what is needed for that production line.

I'm not sure any company does an SKD, they all manufacture their own bikes, and don't farm out the manufacture to 3rd parties.

So my guess is as follows
Frame
Battery
Motor
Controller
Charger
