Edumicational material
« on: February 07, 2015, 03:37:11 AM »

If anybody's interested, the
Best.
Electronics.
Book.
Ever.
has a third edition pending, after a 25-year hiatus.

http://www.amazon.com/Art-Electronics-Paul-Horowitz/dp/0521809266/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1423246985&sr=1-2&keywords=horowitz+and+hill+the+art+of+electronics

My copy will replace my dog-eared second edition, which replaced my dog-eared first edition that I got in college over 30 years ago. I can't recommend this book highly enough to anybody with any interest in electronics.

Hello Doug S,
Very Nice!!  I'm planning to order my copy of that book ASAP.

==>>  I'm wondering if you know of any good books that provide both theory and application of electrical motors for EVs ??
And also possibly material on motor controllers and battery management systems, etc ??

Thanks,  --Michael

Hi Doug,

I've seen that book on sale on amazon before. I gonna buy it! I'm currently a sophomore studying electrical engineering at a northeast university. Would you be able to tell me any other books or resources you know of to help me learn about Ebikes? We are looking to build one for our university. I have the summer to prepare. Thanks.
