I feel your pain, I'm not patient too and I hate to wait when I take the decision that I want something. Shipping companies can be a pain in the xxx and they really don't care about receivers feelings.   Please give Zero a second chance, we will see how they respond to this.

Just got off the phone with the rep. Apparently he was forwarded this thread. Glad to know that Zero actually follows the forum. Not going to fully divulge his solution yet, mainly because he has to get approval before it's definitive. But it will be an acceptable solution and I will keep you updated.

So I just talked to the rep again. Replacement forks arrived yesterday and the remainder of the parts will be arriving tomorrow morning. As long as everything shows up as it should the bike will be fixed and ready Saturday afternoon. The rep will be personally hand delivering my bike to my front door Monday afternoon. He offered to bring me a demo SR for me to ride over the weekend but unfortunately their insurance company won't allow it. On top of that he said that he will be getting me a brand new riding jacket to go with my new bike. And finally he's going after the shipping company to try and make them eat the shipping charge. I will post another update on Monday and I will probably post some pictures once I take delivery. Fingers crossed...

Just talked to the rep about 20 minutes ago. At that time he was currently about an hour from my house with my SR in the back of a truck. I'm calling him as soon as I leave work (5 pm) and he'll be meeting me at my house. Final update and pictures to follow! So excited to final see and ride my own SR!

Stopped to visit a friend quickly. According to the app in the 20 miles I've driven so far I've blown through 12.0 kw. A whole lot of "let's see what it'll do" lol
